Recruiting Process

1. Explain the benefits of being within DTC and going our brotherhood.
2. Have them go to dashboard.
3. Have them scroll all the way right to there settings.
4. Have them enter privacy.
5. Have them go to profile sharing and change that to (EVERYONE), then scroll down to friends list and change that to (FRIENDS ONLY).
6. Save and Exit. (will kick from xbox live but will bring them right back in).
7. Have them go to edit profile.
8. Have them change motto to DTC (Squad) (division) (rank).
9. Have them enter in there bio who they were recruited by and the date they were recruited.
10. Have them add Recruit tag (for 2 days).
11. After 2 days, have them remove recruit tag and add squad tag.
THESE ARE THE STEPS YOU MUST FOLLOW WHILE RECRUITING. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY HUNTING!!!
